The hotel requires the guest to present a valid identification (ID) card upon check‐in.

All remaining payment balance should be settled upon check in

Incidental deposit of Php 1000 is collected upon check in

Early check in and check out is not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

Late check‐out until 1:00 PM is free of charge, 1:00‐4:00 PM will be charged half of your room rate; beyond 4:00 PM will be charged full day rate and subject to room availability.

The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any cash or valuables through the guest’s negligence.

Room key must be surrendered to the reception area upon check-out. The loss of key will be charged P500.

Cigarette or E cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the room.

Prohibited drugs, combustible materials, deadly weapons and other items prohibited by the law are not allowed inside the building premises. 

Pets are not allowed inside the property

Parties and gatherings inside the guest room require clearance from the management.

Please inform the front desk if you are ready to check out so we can check the room before you leave.

Avoid staining the towels, pillowcase, and bedsheet. Stained towels, pillowcase, and bedsheet will be charged Php500/linen.

Any damages and things taken out from the property will be charged to the guest accordingly. 

Bringing out of any hotel property such as but not limited to bath towels, hand towels and electric kettle is strictly prohibited

Illegal activities are prohibited. Please respect privacy at all times.

Avoid causing disturbance and nuisances in the premises

Pungent foods i.e. Durian/dried fish are not allowed inside the hotel
