Booking Policies
HOUSE RULES
- The hotel requires the guest to present a valid identification (ID) card upon check‐in;
- All remaining payment balance should be settled upon check in;
- Incidental deposit of Php 1000 is collected upon check in;
- Early check in and check out is not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply;
- Late check‐out until 1:00 PM is free of charge, 1:00‐4:00 PM will be charged half of your room rate; beyond 4:00 PM will be charged full day rate and subject to room availability;
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any cash or valuables through the guest’s negligence;
- Room key must be surrendered to the reception area upon check-out. The loss of key will be charged P500.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No show on the date of arrival or 1 day before arrival, cancellation fee equivalent of 1-night room charge based on the quoted rates.
- In the occasion where you need to shorten your stay or cancel due to act of nature, bookings will be permitted to be moved to another date (subject to availability). Otherwise, a 10% cancellation fee of the total payment will be charged.
- In the event where you wish to change your reservation date, and a minimum of 50% deposit has been made, rebooking is permitted to be moved to another date (subject to availability) without charge.
